​-How Do I Place An Order?

 

To add an order simply press 'add to cart'  which can be seen on the far right on the navigation bar above , and press check out to proceed to the payment and then follow the instructions to safely purchase the goods. 

 

-Payment and Shipping

 

We accept Paypal, debit and credit cards to purchase our goods, once purchased your order will be dispatched within 24hr. We currently offer our products to UK mainland only, however if you would like to buy outisde the UK please contact us to arrange extra delivery options. We use Royal Mail 1st class delivery services which means you will get your goods within 1-2 days, this excludes weekends. 

 

​-Terms and Policies 

 

We use cookies to ensure that we give you the best experience on our website, using our website you accept the cookie policies. In rare occasions we are not responsible for delivery delays caused by Royal Mail, however we will investigate each case to our fullest extent. 

 

​-Secure Ordering & Payment Options

 

We are PCI DSS (Data Security Standards) compliant and with the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) system for encrypting credit card information and making each transaction safe and secure, we also offer PayPal services which they have their own security features which is used all around the world. Un-authorised chargebacks will be investigated and legal action may be taken for any suspicious fraud activites. Please be aware if any suspicous fraud activity is suspected we have the right to cancel your order. 

 

-Returns & Refunds

 

We offer 7 days return policy which means you can return the products to us and we will refund the full amount paid for the product only, however you are responsible for the delivery chargers. The item must be un-opened, un-used and un-damaged to recieve a refund. If the items does not come back as we sent it and it is damaged you will have to pay for the delivery charges for the good to be sent back to you. (To refund please contact us and we will send you a form which must be completed and sent with the good.) If the item is damaged or faulty please contact us for a replacement or a full refund of the product. Warning you are responsible for all the delivery charges which includes refunds and returns, however if you order a replacement due to a faulty product we will pay for the delivery charges for the product to be sent to you* only.
